Ron and Heather Meyers play on a small farm in Minnesota with their two daughters, blind rescue dog and orange orphan cat. They combine climate and creativity in every toy they craft inspiring happiness in the young and young-at-heart.
Everything from our signature “rounded” edges to our child-safe finishes to safety testing ensures our toys are cherished for little hands and mouths.
Our toys begin as sustainably harvested Northern White Pine from the Upper Midwest; then created with zero emission solar power and near-zero waste. Finally, our toys are packaged with recycled materials.
We are proud to continue the legacy that Michael Poisson started in 1972 and very excited to provide heirloom quality toys for imaginative and curious kids of all ages!

Working for a toy store in 1972, Michael Poisson saw a need for high-quality, safe and creative toys. He went home and began the legendary DoodleTown Toys. Michael and Linda grew DoodleTown Toys over the years never compromising on safety and always creating each toy as art. Michael likes to say, “I haven’t gone to work since 1972. I get to make toys everyday!” Michael and Linda proudly served 3 generations with beautiful DoodleTown Toys.
